Please find below the Support Request form for Work Placements in 2024.
This process is open to all schools in the Northern Sydney Region as assigned by the NSW Department of Education as part of the Work Placement Support Program.
Authorised Representatives (ie VET Coordinators or Career Advisors) are required to complete this form prior to 10th November 2023 in order to accommodate services required in 2024.
A copy of your submission will be sent to you upon completion.
THIS DOES NOT CONSTITUTE A CONFIRMATION OF SERVICES
Further advice will be provided by Week 8 of Term 4, 2023. Induction packages for all key staff will be provided in Week 1 of Term 1, 2024.
