Sydney Royal Easter Show – Workplacement EOI

I agree and acknowledge to my availability for placement at the Sydney Royal Easter Show in 2025 from the 211th - 22nd April 2025. With a planned onsite induction on the 4th April 2025.

I understand that transport to and from the venue during the show is included in the placement and my access pass will include free public transport.

I understand that I will be required to attend a mandatory onsite induction in the week prior to the show commencing. Transport will be provided for this activity if you are supported by Youth Up Front as your Work Placement Provider. In all other cases, transport to and from the venue is your personal responsibility. Attendance will also form part of your placement hours record.

I also understand that I will need to abide by all required public health and WHS requirements at the time of the show as communicated.

The Workplacement Support Provider (WPSP) and the Events team at the Royal Agricultural Society (RAS) may take photographs of events and activities of which you may be included as part of your Workplacement.
I understand that:
• the photograph/s may be used more than once in a variety of Work Placement and Easter Show related publications, and in a variety of formats including printed publications and on the Sydney Royal Easter Show (SRES) and WPSP website.
• the photograph/s may be sent to media (e.g. newspapers) for publication of any type relating to any SRES, RAS and WPSP publicity material. This includes social media (e.g. Facebook).
• the first name only may be used in some cases to describe the content of the photograph/s

If you are under the age of 18, an additional link consent will be electronically sent to your parent/caregiver for completion prior to placement.

I understand that it is a mandatory requirement to attend an onsite safety induction as part of my work placement at the Sydney Royal Easter Show. Failure to attend or complete this requirement will result in the cancellation of my placement and all access passes.

I understand that I will be required to complete a Code of Conduct prior to placement and if this is breached, there is a ZERO tolerance policy.
